01Client project · Restaurant website & operations platform

One connected system for guests, staff and restaurant operations.

A premium restaurant website paired with a secure office platform for bookings, rostering, staff communication and day-to-day venue management.

The problem: Ranomata was preparing to launch a new Mediterranean and Italian restaurant. Guest information, menu updates, reservations, rosters and staff processes were spread across separate tools, creating unnecessary administration during a busy opening period.
What we built: We designed and developed a mobile-first restaurant website with online bookings and a managed digital menu. We also built a secure, role-based office platform covering rostering, clock-ins, staff availability, leave requests, training, checklists, incident reporting, compliance, bookings and website management.
Business result: Ranomata now has one connected system for running the venue and keeping its public website current. Managers have a clearer view of daily operations, staff can complete everyday tasks from their phones, and guests receive a consistent experience from booking through to service.
