Your plan and payments

Huqo Launch costs $30 AUD per month on a 12-month term. Huqo Premium costs $50 AUD per month on a 12-month term. There is no setup fee. Prices include applicable GST. Your first monthly payment is taken at checkout and monthly billing starts then, including during the design and build period.

After the first 12 months, the subscription continues monthly until cancelled. You can schedule cancellation in your website project dashboard. The effective date will be the end of your minimum term or, once that term has passed, the end of your current paid billing period. Contact Huqo if you need to discuss an earlier end or a problem with the service. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are unaffected by these terms.

What we build

For new orders from 21 September 2026, Launch includes a single landing page and Premium includes a custom-designed website of up to five pages. Both plans include mobile-friendly layouts, managed hosting, SSL, backups and routine maintenance. Existing orders retain the build scope agreed when purchased. You supply your business information, text, images and any existing branding. We review the brief, confirm the build scope and timeline, then proceed through design, development and review. You can track progress in your dashboard.

Premium also includes SEO optimisation at launch: target service and location planning, page titles and descriptions, heading structure, sitemap and search indexing setup. Premium also includes Google Analytics setup for website visitor insights and Google Search Console connection for search performance and indexing reports. You retain ownership of your Google accounts and provide or authorise the access needed for setup. Ongoing reporting and optimisation campaigns are separate. Search engine rankings are not guaranteed. Backend functionality, database features, online stores and applications require a separate Custom quote. Ongoing SEO campaigns, backlink acquisition and paid advertising are separate.

Website protection

Premium includes setup of DDoS protection for eligible website traffic. You provide or authorise the domain access needed for setup. Protection applies to HTTP/HTTPS traffic routed through the configured protection network, not email, direct origin traffic or other services outside that route.

Ongoing care and additional work

Hosting, backups and routine website maintenance are included. Content edits, new pages, redesigns, additional functionality and complex integrations require a separate scope and price agreed before work begins.

Your logo

You may upload an existing logo, use your business name for now, or separately purchase a custom logo for $149 AUD once. A logo is never added to your bill without your selection and a separate payment confirmation. The design direction and deliverables are confirmed from your logo brief.

Domains and other services

Premium includes a free domain. Domain registration for Launch, email mailboxes, paid plugins, premium stock assets and third-party subscriptions or usage charges are separate. We discuss any required paid extras with you before proceeding. Domain ownership remains with its registered owner; your supplied content remains yours. Contact Huqo to agree any migration, export or handover work before ending hosting.

Project information and support

Only upload material you have permission to use. Do not include passwords, API keys, payment details or sensitive customer records in your brief. Project uploads are available to your account and the Huqo team. For help, contact Huqo Support. See our privacy policy.
