Terms of Service

1. The Huqo service

Huqo provides hosted customer-experience pages, feedback collection, dashboards, QR codes, custom-domain support, billing features and optional integrations such as Google Business Profile review management. Features may be added, changed or retired as the platform develops.

2. Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access. You must have authority to act for each business and Google Business Profile you connect. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for the users you permit to access it.

3. Plans, trials and payment

The Huqo Experience plan is A$29 per month including GST after a 14-day trial. A valid payment method is collected securely through Stripe before workspace access is unlocked. The subscription renews monthly unless cancelled.

Optional services may include a custom-domain add-on for A$5 per month including GST, a custom QR design for a one-time A$5 payment including GST, and a custom theme for a one-time A$45 payment including GST. Current prices and inclusions are shown before checkout and control if they differ from this summary.

You authorise Stripe and Huqo to charge amounts shown at checkout, including recurring fees. You may cancel a recurring service through the available billing controls. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees already paid are not refundable.

4. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for your page content, feedback workflows, review replies and compliance with privacy, marketing, consumer, employment and industry laws that apply to your business. You must provide any notices and obtain any consents required for information you collect.

You must not use Huqo to mislead customers, manipulate ratings, solicit fake reviews, suppress reviews unlawfully, impersonate another person, infringe rights, distribute malware, send spam, probe security, overload the service or conduct illegal activity.

5. Google Business Profile features

Google integrations require your authorisation and remain subject to Google's terms, policies, quotas and product availability. You control whether a profile is connected and may revoke access. You remain responsible for reviewing replies and ensuring content published to Google is accurate, lawful and appropriate.

Google may change, restrict or discontinue its APIs. Huqo does not guarantee uninterrupted access to Google data or that Google will display, retain or rank any content in a particular way.

6. AI-assisted features

AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. They are tools to help prepare content, not professional advice. You must review outputs before relying on or publishing them. Huqo may apply safeguards, usage limits and human-approval requirements to automated workflows.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Huqo a limited licence to host, reproduce, format and process that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the services. Huqo and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, templates, branding and documentation.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security events, provider outages and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect availability. We may modify services and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address non-payment, security risk, unlawful conduct, misuse or a material breach of these terms. We may terminate an account after notice where the breach is not remedied, or immediately where urgent action is reasonably required.

On termination, your right to use Huqo ends. Provisions concerning accrued payments, intellectual property, liability and disputes continue where their nature requires it.

10. Consumer guarantees and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, Huqo excludes implied terms that may be excluded and is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, lost opportunities, or losses caused by your content, instructions or third-party services.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, Huqo's aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia. Before commencing formal proceedings, each party should try in good faith to resolve the dispute by contacting the other and providing reasonable details.
