These terms apply alongside the Suite terms, general terms and privacy policy. Amounts are Australian dollars.
Your profile and community
Community is for Huqo Suite members. Your account email and billing details are not published as your profile. Choose when to publish, what to include and whether your profile appears in discovery. Posts and reviews are visible to members allowed to view them. Share only material you are permitted to publish. Do not post confidential client data, passwords, harassment, scams, unlawful content or material that infringes another person's rights.
Use block and report controls when needed. Huqo may hide content or suspend access for policy violations and keeps a private moderation record. Soft-deleted posts and moderation evidence may be retained privately for security and dispute handling. Community privacy lets you withdraw your profile, remove your avatar and delete your own posts or comments after Suite expires. Purchase and financial records may need to be retained separately.
Original templates made in Suite
Submit only saved Studio graphic designs, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms and Tasks files you own in Huqo Suite. Uploaded files, external template links, PDFs, signing requests and video projects with private media are not eligible. Remove private and client information, and confirm you hold the rights to sell every included asset. Do not resell unchanged built-in templates or another creator's purchased editable template.
Huqo captures an independent version for review. Later changes to your working file do not silently change a published sale. New submissions and material changes need review. Review does not guarantee sales, suitability or freedom from third-party claims. Huqo may pause or remove listings. Genuine purchases retain their purchased version, subject to payment, refund, infringement and licence decisions.
Creator fees and Stripe
The initial platform fee is 15% of the listed price. The creator share is 85% before refund and dispute adjustments. Huqo covers Stripe processing from its own share. Australian creators complete their own Stripe Connect verification before selling. Stripe handles identity checks, connected-account availability and bank payouts. This is separate from referral payment preferences for PayPal, Revolut and crypto. Prices include applicable GST; creators remain responsible for their own business and tax obligations.
Your template licence
Check the price, preview, description and licence before checkout. Access starts only after Stripe verifies payment. The standard licence permits editing in Huqo Suite and using resulting work for your business, personal projects and client deliverables. It does not permit resale, sublicensing, sharing or redistribution of the editable template or included assets as a competing template or asset pack. Fonts, icons and other licensed assets retain their applicable notices and conditions. Buying does not transfer copyright.
Active Suite access is needed to install and edit online. Purchased editable backups remain available in Template purchases after Suite ends. Your purchase keeps its original version; future releases are not automatically included. Keep independent backups and review imports and exports before use.
Refunds and genuine reviews
Report a fault or request a refund from Template purchases. Explain the problem so Huqo can review it. There is no automatic change-of-mind promise for digital templates, but nothing here excludes Australian Consumer Law guarantees or remedies. Approved full refunds and chargebacks end new installations and downloads for that purchase. Huqo does not silently delete existing work from your workspace.
Only genuine buyers may submit a star rating and written review. Creators cannot review their own work. A refund alone does not erase an authentic review. Reviews must describe a real experience, avoid private information and follow community rules. Policy moderation is recorded and can be raised with Huqo Support.
Member referrals
The separate referral terms cover paid-member eligibility, A$5 for an eligible monthly paid renewal or A$60 for an eligible annual paid renewal, holds, refunds, payout requests and prohibited self-referrals. Earnings are not guaranteed. A crypto payment preference does not create an investment service or automatic payment mandate.
