Huqo Suite service terms

Huqo Suite includes Studio design and video tools, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Tasks and Drive. It is optional and separate from Huqo Reviews and website plans. Existing Studio subscriptions include Suite access without an additional subscription.

Price and renewal

New Suite subscriptions cost A$15 per month or A$180 per year, including applicable GST. Billing starts when you complete checkout and renews for your selected monthly or annual period until cancelled. There is no setup fee or minimum term. Review the amount shown in secure checkout before paying. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed price and renewal dates, including existing A$10 monthly subscriptions. Choosing a new plan does not automatically change or charge an existing subscription.

Cancelling

Cancel renewal from your Suite plan page. Access continues until the end of the paid period. After that, Suite editing and online workspace access pause. Saved creative project JSON files and video backups remain available to download from your plan page. Export important documents before the paid period ends. Cancelling Suite also schedules cancellation of an active Commerce add-on. Commerce requires an active Suite plan, so its storefront stops accepting new orders when either access ends. Reviews and website plans are unchanged. Nothing here excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Storage and limits

Your plan includes two separate allowances: 200 MB for Studio designs, video media and your brand kit, plus 200 MB for Suite documents, Drive uploads, document versions and form responses. These allowances are not pooled. Archived creative projects, trashed workspace files, pending media uploads and saved document versions still count towards their relevant allowance.

Studio supports 50 creative projects including archived projects, 10 MB project manifests and up to 30 pages per graphic document. Videos may run for up to 10 minutes, with up to 100 media files per project and a 100 MB limit per media file. The Suite workspace supports up to 1,000 items including folders and trashed items, 5 MB editable documents and 20 MB individual Drive uploads. Forms support up to 100 questions and 5,000 responses subject to available storage. Keep independent backups of important work.

Your content and included assets

You keep ownership of your original content. Upload only material you have permission to use. Huqo stores and processes your content to provide the service. Original Huqo sound beds may be used in personal and commercial videos. Included templates are original designs. Icons and fonts have their own commercial-use licences; retain the included notices when distributing editable assets. Third-party trade marks and uploaded material remain subject to their owners' rights. Your uploaded files and projects stay private unless you deliberately share or publish them. New AI-generated visuals have the separate community-library sharing terms below, which require agreement before generation.

Editing and export

Video rendering runs on your device; export formats and performance depend on its browser, codecs, memory and hardware. Recording requires browser permission. Caption timing can be entered manually or imported; automated transcription is not connected. Office import and export preserve supported content; advanced features and complex layouts may differ. Review the result before using it. AI generation is an optional prepaid feature described below. Website publishing and simultaneous collaboration are not included. Studio PDFs are raster RGB exports and do not guarantee professional prepress compatibility. Check dimensions, spelling, image quality and your printer's requirements before publishing or ordering print.

Forms and privacy

Publishing a form makes its title, description and visible questions available to anyone with its address. Publish only information you are authorised to collect, and explain your own privacy arrangements to respondents. Existing form links follow their publication, scheduling, response and storage settings. They are not automatically deleted when a subscription ends.

Commerce add-on

Commerce is optional at A$20 per month including applicable GST, in addition to your Suite subscription. A new A$15 monthly Suite plan plus Commerce totals A$35 per month across two subscriptions. Annual and existing Suite subscriptions retain their separate agreed billing amount and period. Commerce has no minimum term. Cancel Commerce independently from its plan page; Suite stays active. If Suite renewal is cancelled, Commerce renewal is also scheduled to stop. Export your product, order and customer records before access ends.

The store owner is responsible for products, accurate descriptions and pricing, delivery, returns, taxes and customer support. Add your own store policies before publishing. Huqo provides the store tools; it does not supply or fulfil your customers’ orders. Manual orders remain pending until you record receipt of payment. Card payments require a connected merchant Stripe account and successful onboarding. Stripe handles those transactions in the merchant account and its processing fees may apply. Store policies must preserve applicable consumer rights.

Commerce includes one storefront, up to 1,000 products, up to 100 variants per product and 500 MB of sanitised product images, separate from Suite storage. Storefront addresses use huqo.com.au/shops/your-store. Custom domains, in-person POS, carrier label purchasing and third-party app installs are not included. Draft and paused shops do not accept new orders. Existing private order receipts remain available to customers who hold the receipt link.

Support

Use Support in your Huqo dashboard for account or service issues. Our privacy policy and general terms also apply. We will give notice of material changes to the service or pricing before they apply to your subscription.

PDFs, sharing and signing

PDF project recipes retain their private source uploads. Share an exported PDF when you want others to see the finished document. A share link grants access to anyone who has that link until it expires or is revoked. Named-member access requires the intended Huqo account.

Huqo Sign records electronic signatures with recipient email verification, explicit consent, timestamps and document hashes. It does not apply a certificate-authority digital signature or perform government identity verification. Choose a signing method suitable for your document and keep your own exported copies.

Prepared and completed signing files use your workspace storage. Up to 200 signing requests can be retained in the workspace. Issued requests continue through completion while the owner account remains active, even if the Suite plan ends. Signing records remain available from your account records page.

Optional Huqo AI tokens and support assistant

Studio AI requires active Suite access and separate prepaid Huqo AI tokens. Tokens are Huqo usage credits, not the raw token counts used by OpenAI. One-off packs cost A$5 for 1,000 tokens, A$10 for 2,500 or A$20 for 6,000, including applicable GST. Unused tokens do not expire. Token packs do not renew or automatically top up, and purchasing them does not purchase or renew Suite.

The cost is shown before each generation: 5 tokens for writing or a colour palette, 20 for an editable design page and 150 for an image when image generation is available. A completed result uses that cost whether or not you apply it. Applying or reopening an existing result does not use more tokens. Tokens reserved for an unsuccessful request are returned. If a connection is interrupted, check the existing request status before submitting again; closing a panel does not cancel a submitted request.

Review every result before applying or publishing it. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable and is not professional advice. You remain responsible for your inputs, permissions and use of outputs. Temporary generated-image preview links last seven days; apply the image and save the design, or download it, to retain your own copy. Availability, request limits and safety safeguards apply. The free support assistant has a separate message allowance and does not provide automatic account changes or bypass paid creative generation.

Nothing in these terms limits any refund, remedy or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

AI visuals and the Studio community library

Visual-sharing terms, version 30 October 2026. Before generating an image or editable design, you must explicitly agree to these terms in Studio. Each successfully generated decal, element, illustration, image, graphic or editable AI layout is added to Huqo's library submission database. It may then be made available for other Huqo Studio members to use after safety and administrator review. Payment for generation does not buy exclusivity or guarantee library publication.

To the extent you hold rights in that generated visual, you give Huqo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, display, adapt and distribute it through the Studio community library. This includes allowing Studio members to use and edit the shared asset in personal and commercial designs and exports without a separate royalty to you. You retain any rights you otherwise hold. This is a licence, not a transfer of ownership or moral rights. AI output may not be unique or protected by copyright, and we do not promise exclusive rights.

The submission is the newly generated visual, not your complete project. Existing uploads, original private artwork, brand-kit files, prompts, chats and account details are not added to the member library. Writing results and colour palettes remain outside this sharing rule. For shared visual generation, Studio uses your brief and artboard dimensions; it does not use the text from your existing page as context. Subsequent edits to your own project are not automatically shared.

Use a generic brief suitable for a shared library. Do not include confidential information, personal details, a real person's likeness without permission, protected client material or third-party logos and characters you are not authorised to license. Agree only if you have authority for the relevant content. A sharing licence does not override privacy, trade mark, copyright or other third-party rights.

Library submissions are private to the moderation process until approved. A shared library copy can remain available beyond the seven-day private image-preview link and after you cancel Suite. Huqo may decline, withdraw or remove an asset for safety, privacy, rights or service reasons. Report an asset through Huqo Support with its library reference. Removing it stops future library access; Huqo cannot recall copies already lawfully exported or incorporated into someone else's work. Applicable privacy, consumer and other non-excludable rights continue to apply.

Content suitable for general audiences

Studio AI must not be used to generate R-rated or sexually explicit material, pornography, nudity, sexualised minors, graphic injury or gore, extreme violence, hateful or extremist promotion, or content encouraging self-harm, illegal drug abuse or violent wrongdoing. Attempts to disguise a prohibited request or bypass safety checks are also prohibited.

Prompts and generated results are checked against Huqo's content rules and provider safeguards. A request is refused when a required safety check fails or is unavailable. Reserved AI tokens are returned for blocked or unsuccessful generations. Only assets that pass the required checks can enter the review queue, and administrator approval is required before other members can discover or use them. Report any inappropriate result or shared asset to Huqo Support; misuse can lead to access restrictions under our general terms.

Suite member referral programme

The optional referral programme is for active, genuinely paid Suite members who enrol and accept these terms. Administrator previews, complimentary access and test grants do not qualify. Existing cash-paid Suite members may enrol at their existing subscription price. Creator template sales and Stripe Connect proceeds are separate from referral earnings.

A qualifying new member must follow your Huqo referral address and begin their first eligible Suite checkout within the 30-day attribution window. Attribution is recorded before checkout and cannot be added retrospectively to an existing subscriber. Self-referrals, duplicate or abusive accounts, shared payment identities used to refer yourself, misleading advertising and attempts to manipulate attribution are prohibited. Promote Huqo accurately and clearly disclose your referral relationship where required; do not claim to represent Huqo or promise earnings.

A fully collected eligible A$15 monthly Suite invoice earns A$5, and a fully collected eligible A$180 annual invoice earns A$60. Both members must have qualifying active paid access when a new commission becomes eligible. Trials, free access, credits, manually marked payments, prorations and payments below the qualifying full price do not earn these rewards. Future renewals remain subject to qualification, refunds, disputes and programme safeguards. Earnings and sales are not guaranteed.

Commissions are held for 30 days from the verified payment. Refunds reverse the related commission proportionally; full refunds and lost payment disputes reverse it fully. Open disputes can hold funds. If a reversal follows an earlier payout, the resulting negative balance offsets future earnings. Previously earned valid rewards are not forfeited solely because your Suite subscription ends.

Payout requests require at least A$20 in available earnings and are reviewed manually. Only one request may be open at a time. Choose PayPal, Revolut or a supported cryptocurrency and network. Destination details are stored encrypted and displayed masked; review them carefully. Each request retains its destination at the time it was made, so later preference changes do not redirect it. Receiving fees, exchange rates and network requirements may affect the amount received. You are responsible for providing an address or account you control and for your own tax obligations.

A request marked requested or approved is not a transfer. Huqo verifies the recipient and payment evidence before recording an independently completed payment as paid. This service does not automatically send funds or guarantee a payout date. You may cancel a request while it is still requested. Contact Support immediately about incorrect details or a disputed balance. Fraud, safety concerns or missing information may require additional review; applicable consumer and other non-excludable rights remain.
