Is Commerce included in the A$15 Suite plan?
Commerce is an optional A$20/month add-on. Suite remains A$15/month. With a new monthly Suite plan, both subscriptions total A$35/month. Existing and annual Suite billing remains separate. You can cancel Commerce independently and keep the core Suite apps.
How do customers pay me?
Connect your merchant Stripe account and finish Stripe’s onboarding to accept cards. Those payments are processed in your merchant account. You can also configure bank transfer or payment on pickup. Manual payments remain pending until you record that payment has been received. Payment provider fees may apply.
Can I try the manager as an administrator?
Yes. Huqo administrators can test Commerce without purchasing a subscription. A store starts as a draft and does not accept orders until its setup is complete and you publish it.
What happens if I cancel?
Access continues until the paid period ends. Commerce needs an active Suite plan, and cancelling Suite renewal also schedules Commerce renewal to stop. The storefront stops accepting new orders when either access ends. Existing private order receipts remain available. Export your records before access ends.
Does this include custom domains or delivery labels?
This release provides a storefront on Huqo, delivery rate rules and manual fulfilment with tracking. Custom domains, carrier label purchasing, in-person POS and third-party app installs are not included.
