Community: connect, share and stay in control
Set up your member profile, use feeds and conversations, and manage visibility, blocking and reports.

Your separate Community profile
Community is the member space inside Huqo Suite. Open Community from your workspace. An active Suite plan is required for ordinary browsing and participation. Your Huqo account does not automatically become a published Community profile.
Create a separate display name and handle, then add a headline, biography, website or location only if you want members to see them. Account email, invoices and payout details are not public profile fields. Do not put private contact details into a biography or post.
- Open Community and choose your profile.
- Choose a unique handle and review every optional field.
- Set publication and directory visibility deliberately, then save.
- Preview your profile before sharing or posting.
- Handles use 3–30 lowercase letters, numbers or underscores. Reserved official names are unavailable.
- Display names: 80 characters; headlines: 120; biographies: 1,000; locations: 100.
- Website addresses must be complete http or https addresses and must not contain account credentials.
Publication and directory discovery
Publication and discoverability do different jobs. An unpublished profile is withdrawn from ordinary member profiles and feeds. Turning off discovery removes the profile from member directory search; it does not make an otherwise published handle, post or conversation confidential.
Community is member-only, but members can still copy or capture content they can view. Share only material suitable for that audience. Deleting content or pausing a profile is not a promise to erase moderation, security or required business records immediately.
Add or remove an avatar
Save an active profile before adding an avatar. Choose a PNG, JPEG or WebP image no larger than 2 MB, with dimensions no greater than 4,096 pixels on either side and no more than 4,194,304 total pixels. Huqo re-encodes a square 512-pixel avatar rather than publishing the original upload.
Use an image you have permission to publish. You can remove the avatar from your own profile. Removing it does not delete a copy that another member has independently captured.
Read the right feed
Latest shows recent eligible posts. Following narrows the feed to people you follow. Mine finds your posts; Saved keeps posts you bookmark for later. Search and page controls help narrow a busy feed without loading every result at once.
A profile that is paused, suspended or blocked may disappear from your view. Saved posts remain subject to the author’s publication and moderation state; saving a post does not make an independent permanent copy.
- Use a short meaningful search instead of repeatedly paging through unrelated posts.
- Open a member profile to follow them or review their visible work.
- Keep a separate copy of information you need as a business record.
Post, comment and reply
Publish an active profile before posting, commenting, liking or following. Write a post, review it and submit once. Posts support up to 5,000 characters, with a limit of 30 new posts per day. Comments support up to 2,000 characters, with a limit of 100 new comments per day.
Open a post to read comments or reply to an existing comment. You can edit or delete your own posts and comments. If another tab changed a draft first, refresh the latest version before retrying rather than overwriting it blindly.
Likes and saved posts are different: a like is a reaction, while Save helps you find the post again. Community does not automatically publish your post to external social networks.
Keep track without losing your place
Community provides in-app notifications for follows, post likes, comments and replies. Open the linked profile or post to see the current permitted content. Mark individual notifications or the whole list as read when you are finished.
A notification may no longer open its original content after deletion, blocking or moderation. Notifications are not a promise of email delivery or an emergency reporting service.
Block and report
Block a member to separate your ordinary Community views in both directions. Existing conversations may change when blocked content is hidden. You can review your block list and unblock later; unblocking does not automatically restore a previous follow.
Report a profile, post or comment for spam, abuse, unsafe content, impersonation, copyright concerns or another relevant reason. Include a concise description and useful context. Reports go to the private moderation process, not a public accusation on the member’s profile.
- Reports accept up to 1,000 characters and are limited to 10 per day.
- Do not use reports to retaliate, advertise or submit private payment credentials.
- Use Huqo Support for urgent account issues or when the daily reporting limit prevents a necessary report.
Privacy controls after Suite access ends
Use Community privacy from your Suite plan page, or open /dashboard/suite/community/account. This account-only screen lets you withdraw an existing profile from publication and discovery, remove its avatar, delete your own existing posts or comments, and manage your existing blocks.
It does not reopen paid file editing, Studio projects, member discovery or new posting. New profile creation and ordinary profile editing require renewed eligible access. Your earned referral balance and purchased-template backups have their own account archives.
For Huqo moderators
Use the administrator Community moderation queue to inspect the specific report and current content before deciding. Hiding a post or comment and suspending a profile have different effects; choose the narrow action that addresses the issue and record a factual reason.
Treat reports, account identifiers and moderation history as private. Preserve the audit trail, and never paste a member’s payout destination or private files into a public response. Moderation is separate from a Stripe refund, referral payout or ownership dispute; those need their own verified workflow.
Review spelling, grammar and tone
Use Writing tools for on-demand spelling, grammar, clarity and tone suggestions. Review the named source and displayed AI token cost before checking. Suggestions only change your writing when you apply them. The Writing assistant guide explains supported fields, language choices, privacy and undo.
