Suite AI: ask, confirm and work on your page

One conversation, close to your work#

Open the small Huqo AI bubble in a Suite app, or use the app’s AI assistant menu. The panel starts closed. Minimise it whenever you need more space; it keeps the conversation and any pending task in that tab.

Type a question for free help within the daily allowance. To work on the current page, describe the result you want. A supported work request can lead to a task quote. Make changes prepares that quote directly. The context label identifies the current app or editable draft.

Know the cost before you proceed#

The assistant does not silently spend tokens while you type or open the bubble. Quotes expire after ten minutes and are bound to the prepared page and task. A changed page needs a fresh quote.

The usual fixed task costs are Docs 5, Sheets 8, Slides 10, Forms 6, Tasks 5, Studio 12, Photo 5, Video 8, PDF 5, Drive 3, Sign 5, Commerce 8 and Community or Marketplace 4 AI tokens. The quote shows the current amount before you confirm. These are Huqo credits, not direct provider token counts.

1. Open the file, page or draft you want to change. Select the relevant range or object where needed.
2. Describe the task. Use ordinary wording, such as “Fill this template with a Huqo progress update” or “Add a project checklist for a website launch”.
3. Review the task description, named context and exact AI token cost. Preparing or cancelling a quote does not spend AI tokens.
4. Choose Proceed only when you want that task to run. The confirmed task uses your prepaid Huqo AI token balance.
5. Review the result and the app’s save status. Use the app’s Undo, or the assistant’s supported Undo last AI change, to reverse a local edit.

Write, calculate, present and plan#

• Docs: fill supported text blocks and repeated template fields, replace anchored writing or append text while preserving the document structure. Complex changes across different styles can require a smaller selection. Unknown business figures are left for verified data rather than invented.
• Sheets: work on supported cells in the active sheet or selected range, use supported local formulas, or add a sheet. External spreadsheet connections and unsupported formulas are excluded.
• Slides: update supported slide text or add coordinated slides using the app’s layouts.
• Forms: edit draft titles, introductions and question definitions. Already published forms are read-only to this AI workflow; use the app’s normal controls to manage publication. Respondent submissions are not included.
• Tasks: add or update supported task details in the current board through its normal editing history.

Creative tools and documents#

• Studio: add editable text and shapes on the current page or update supported selected text.
• Photo: apply supported image adjustments, crop or rotation controls. The action workflow uses settings and dimensions; it does not send image pixels or infer an image’s contents.
• Video: prepare supported timed titles and captions from the wording you supply. It does not silently transcribe or analyse uploaded audio or footage.
• PDF: work with authored text annotations and watermarks in the current project. Original PDF text, document binaries and private form values are not automatically read.
• Sign: refine supported title or message fields in a signing draft. Recipients, signatures, terms and sending remain in the normal signing workflow.

Organise and prepare business copy#

• Drive: search or filter the current file-name list, or prepare a selected file rename or folder name in its native review dialog. Review and save those dialogs yourself. Uploaded file contents are not sent to AI.
• Commerce: refine supported open product or store-copy drafts. The AI does not set prices, change stock, issue refunds, alter payment settings or publish a store.
• Community and Marketplace: prepare supported post, reply, profile or listing text in the open draft. You choose when to publish, submit a review or send a message.
• Referrals and other account views: ask for guidance. Earnings, payout requests, payment destinations and eligibility remain in the normal reviewed account controls.

Control what is processed#

Allow this page for AI work permits the current app to prepare a bounded task context. Review page context shows the text and relevant details prepared for the task. It is not a scan of other tabs, every Drive file or your whole account.

Ordinary help receives your typed question, recent conversation and app/tool information. The selected page context is processed using Huqo’s configured OpenAI connection only after you confirm paid work. Keep passwords, API keys, payment details and confidential information you do not have permission to process out of requests.

App snapshots are bounded. Long documents, large ranges or complex boards may require you to choose a smaller section. Media files, PDF originals, signing recipients, form responses, customer records and financial details are excluded from these action contexts.

AI work and its results remain private to the account workflow; they are not added to the public Studio graphics library. AI can make mistakes, so review facts, figures, names and intended meaning.

Protect newer work and recover a task#

You can keep working while a task runs. If the original page changes, the assistant refuses to overwrite it and keeps the prepared result available. A result is not a saved file until it has been safely applied and the app confirms saving.

If a connection is interrupted, choose Check task. Recovery checks the existing request instead of paying for another generation. After a reload or app change, a result that cannot be safely matched can be reviewed and copied without overwriting newer work.

Failed or unsupported generation releases reserved tokens according to the AI wallet record. A successfully generated result still uses its confirmed tokens even if you change the page before it can be applied. Do not start repeated new tasks while an earlier one is unresolved.

The assistant can prepare reversible local content changes. It does not independently publish, purchase, accept legal terms, send signing requests or messages, change permissions, delete account data permanently or make payouts.
